Ann understands that good communication is the foundation of helping clients reach their goals. With her professional training in the mediation field, Ann brings well-honed listening skills to the task of guiding her clients through the most crucial stage of their property search: defining their priorities. “Give me your wish list,” she asks her clients. “Let’s figure out the five most important things you’re looking for, and then we’ll go out and find you a home.”

From first contact to closing the deal, Ann works to create a supportive, collaborative, and stress-free experience. Ann’s approach is grounded in her understanding that behind every deal there is a person, a family, or an ambitious dream. As she says, “I’m happy when my clients are excited and happy. It’s fun to see the joy when someone finds just the right property.”

Born in Brooklyn, Ann’s family moved to Columbia County where she grew up on a small farm. Before entering real estate, Ann was a teacher and mediation trainer. As director of the mediation center Common Ground, she was proud to have developed and implemented the first peer-mediation program for teens in Columbia and Greene counties.
