Susan O'Brien Nicholson
is a
Columbia County native with a degree in interior design from Parsons
School of Design in NYC. An active member of The Garden Club of

husband Thomas Nicholson and children Michael and Natalie.
Kim Voltz has been a licensed Real Estate
Broker since 1990. She is a graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh with a
BS in business. She is a life long county resident of

Michael has had numerous years of experience as a loan officer for a
mortgage banker and a title insurance company. His family also
owns a wine shoppe in the Hannaford Plaza in Valatie. It is
